There is no
participant registration
fee for the conference.
The manufacturers will provide the receptions
Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, all other meals and lodging will be the responsibility
of the participant. A block of rooms will be held at the DoubleTree by
Hilton Wichita Airport (formerly Hilton Wichita
Airport) in
Wichita, Kansas. The special conference rate is $100.00 per night. You
must identify yourself as a Metering Conference participant to receive
this rate. The room block will be held until March 19, 2012. To help
control cost and keep this a free conference for the participants, the
planning committee asks that you please stay at the DoubleTree Wichita
Airport Conference Center
during the conference.
