Vendor Conference Information

The Heartland Metermans Association would like to extend an invitation for you to attend a metering conference planned for April 3, 4, 5, 2012 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Wichita Airport (formerly Hilton Wichita Airport) Conference Center in Wichita, Kansas.  The conference is made up of metering people from the Midwest.  Investor Owned, Cooperative, and Municipal Utilities will be represented.  The primary focus of the conference will be electrical metering.

Vendor display and reception will be Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  One eight foot skirted table, with electricity, will be provided.  Manufacturers are invited to include their distributors.

At 12:15 p.m. Thursday, there will be a preplanning session for the 2013 conference.  Vendors are urged to participate.  This conference is made possible by you, and your input would be greatly appreciated.

The cost of the Tuesday and Wednesday night receptions, and breaks for the conference, will be shared equally among the participating vendors.  We are expecting approximately 30 vendors.

Payment will be done as it was last year.  The vendor information, as it is received, will be sent to the Hilton and the employees there will contact you and arrange for a credit approval.  Payment for the conference will be made at the time of checkout.
